Winter
Winter on the Oregon Coast is a fantastic time to visit the Oregon Coast. This magical season allows guests to access the local small coastal town charm that’s evident without throngs of visitors flocking to the area. The temperatures during this “Magic Season” range from the high 30s to the upper 40s, but most of the Oregon Coast off-season highlights don’t revolve around outdoor activities. One of the most unique things to do in December, January, and February is storm watching—and you don’t even have to leave your rental! Just be sure to check the forecast every day! If you bring jackets and some warm gear with you, exploring nearby hiking trails and parks is still a fun activity.
